Anupriya Chatterjee

Hello! I am Anupriya Chatterjee from Gurgaon, India. I have done M.Sc., M.Phil. in Biotechnology and owe a Ph.D. in Microbial Technology with 7 years of experience in teaching (undergraduate and graduate life science courses) and more than 9 years of experience in research. My research interest focuses on Plant Biotechnology, precisely biotic stress management of plants with gene silencing, gene overexpression in the plant system, and development of disease-resistant plant transgenics with quality agronomical traits. I love to interact with people and teaching has always been a passion to me. In UoPeople, meeting students from various parts of the world with diverse cultures, learning is really very interesting and enlightening. Unveiling the facts of the human mind and body fascinates me greatly since my childhood. The researches in Health Science have made wonders, our medical and allied sciences touch the sky today.
